Tis the season to forgive!
Is this really all that you have to complain about! I myself feel fortunate just to be able to shop at that delightful store sometimes with all the everyday pain and problems that I face. Have you not ever had a bad day or days yourself?
Don't deny yourself the joy of shopping in such a great place. It is your loss.
Give them a break!

So very disappointed.... :-( by Cheri E. at InsiderPages
This store, though staffed with helpful employees, is owned and managed by some very grumpy people. This was painfully obvious when I made a call this morning. So very sad. I wish them a Merry Christmas and hope that 2008 proves to be a year in which they can find some joy in their own lives that it might spread to the others they come in contact with.

I will not be returning to halpins again for christmas gifts. I went the day after around 10:30 and stood in line for over 25 minutes just to buy two candles. Not worth the wait to get the 50% off. They need to switch to an updated checkout system where it doesn't take ten times as long to manually punch in each items price. There is no excuse for customers waiting in line that long.

Halpins has some great gift ideas and wonderful collectibles. As a family, we go to Halpins each year after Thanksgiving to pick out Christmas ornaments. They also have a great selection of clocks. The staff is great. And, if you drive by and see the giant H flashing, go in and get a free gift!
